Key Emphases:

Performs complex administrative work in the development, coordination, and implementation of departmental projects and activities to ensure a reliable, cost-effective power supply and support the Association's compliance efforts. Responsible for supporting the reliable, cost-effective delivery of electric power by analyzing power supply resources, forecasting energy requirements, monitoring wholesale power costs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory, contractual, and reporting obligations. This position evaluates energy market and load data, administers power supply agreements, coordinates compliance activities, and provides analytical insights that support strategic decision-making, financial stewardship, and operational reliability. Work is performed under the general direction of the VP of Energy and Finance.
Salary Ranges:
  • Power Supply & Compliance Analyst - $7,436.47 - $11,154.70 Monthly / $89,238 - $133,856 Annually
  • Senior Power Supply & Compliance Analyst - $10,222.87 - $15,334.30 Monthly / $122,674 - $184,012 Annually

Salary placement in the range is based upon experience, education/certifications commensurate with the position, as well as internal equity and budgetary considerations.

Minimum Qualifications:

Power Supply & Compliance Analyst
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Three (3) years of experience in power supply and/or project engineering within a utility, generation or industrial setting, or similar.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience that allows the incumbent to successfully perform the essential job functions.

Senior Power Supply & Compliance Analyst
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Six (6) years of experience in power supply and/or project engineering within a utility, generation or industrial setting, or similar.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience that allows the incumbent to successfully perform the essential job functions.

Special Requirements:
  • Maintain a valid driver's license.
