Qualifications

  • Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure as a Registered Nurse is required.
  • CCTC, CCTN, or CCPC certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate care for lung transplant recipients as the primary contact.
  • Monitor clinical status and identify early signs of rejection or infection.
  • Review and monitor lab results for transplant patients.
  • Support clinical management of general hepatology patients and living donors.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in post-transplant care.

Overview

Serve as primary coordinator for lung transplant recipients

Monitor clinical status, identify early signs of rejection, infection.

Review, monitor labs.

Work with multidisciplinary team in caring for the post lung transplant patient

Responsibilities

Clinical management of general hepatology patients, transplant candidates and living donors from the time of referral through transplantation and beyond.

Qualifications

Education
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Required
Work Experience
  • 2 years of nursing experience Required
  • 2 years of critical care or procurement experience Preferred
Licenses and Certifications
  • RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Required
  • CCTC - Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator Preferred or
  • CCTN - Certified Cardiothoracic Nurse within Cardiac Surgery Subspecialty Preferred or
  • CCPC Preferred
