Responsibilities
Conduct research and benchmarking to identify gaps and develop strategies and policies aimed at mitigating platform and business risks, enhancing overall e-commerce content quality and business performance. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to devise action plans and operational workflows to resolve user issues and limit business risk exposure. Advise on data-driven business strategies and methods for overall content and creator account health, including policies addressing rewards, violations, and penalties. Perform root case analyses, integrate feedback loops, and optimize operational workflows to support the day-to-day quality of project launches. Monitor key performance metrics to assess program effectiveness and improve the overall quality of the content ecosystem and personalized recommendations. Deliver team trainings on new initiatives to ensure effective and consistent implementation. Mentor junior-level team members.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, Business Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, Marketing, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, Business Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, Marketing, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Building and streamlining processes and workflows, tracking project status and milestones and coordinating cross-functional alignment to ensure timely execution of deliverables; Organizing and coordinating project and program efforts of cross-functional, geographically distributed teams in support of multiple ongoing risk and compliance projects and programs; Collecting and analyzing data to anticipate, identify, and evaluate business risks; Consulting with team members and business stakeholders on risk-driven projects and program development strategy; and Interfacing directly with stakeholders and organization leaders to communicate objectives, status, risk, and updates. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $156208 - $209380 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
