Summary of Position

StrideCare is seeking a full-time Podiatric Physician to join an established practice to provide the highest standard of care as added value. This physician will be responsible for providing skillful, compassionate care to patients with a variety of foot and ankle conditions.

Position Highlights
• Provide state-of-the-art podiatric care in a clinical setting
• Examine patients, review medical histories, and diagnose foot and ankle conditions
• Develop and execute treatment plans using medicine, tools, and techniques
• Provide education, advice, and instructions to patients and families
• Maintain medical records in accordance with regulations and internal policy
• Prescribe medication as permitted by the Board of Podiatric Medicine
• Participate in continuing education as required by the Board of Podiatric Medicine

Qualifications
• Degree of Doctor of Podiatric Medicine with relevant certification
• Licensure and certification as outlined by the Board of Podiatric Medicine
• Surgically trained in forefoot, rearfoot, and ankle surgery
• DEA registration or eligibility
• Strong communication skills, compassion, and a positive attitude
• Desire to provide high-quality care and build patient relationships

Requirements
• Prolonged periods of standing during procedures.
• Ability to lift or move equipment and assist with patient positioning as needed.
• Ability to use radiologic and endovascular equipment safely.
• Must have adequate vision, hearing, and communication abilities to perform clinical duties.
• Ability to respond rapidly in procedural or clinical emergency situations.
