You Are: PMO Support Lead

The Work

Support the service delivery and product teams in managing resources, projects, and budgets to meet business and client objectives. This role executes demand-management processes, provides training on standard project-management practices, facilitates project governance and reporting, and develops analytical models to improve decision-making. Additionally, the role serves as a certified agile coach to help teams plan and execute projects across the IM-53 portfolio. Standard (non-elevated) federal network access is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management of resources, project plans, and budget allocations across service delivery and product teams
  • Execute demand-management processes to ensure proper intake, prioritization, and tracking of work
  • Provide training and education on project-management standards, tools, and methodologies
  • Facilitate project governance activities, including status reporting, risk tracking, and decision-making workflows
  • Create data-driven models and dashboards to improve forecasting, resourcing, and business decision processes
  • Serve as a certified agile coach supporting planning, execution, and delivery across the IM-53 portfolio
  • Partner with stakeholders to align project activities with business goals and client expectations
  • Support compliance with federal project documentation and reporting requirements

Here's What You Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Experience supporting project or program management functions
  • Understanding of demand management, resource planning, and budget tracking
  • Ability to train teams on standard project-management practices and tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build models and interpret project data
  • Effective communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Experience working in federal delivery environments (standard/non-elevated access)

Bonus Points If:
  • Certified Agile Coach or similar agile certification
  • Experience supporting governance, audit, or compliance-driven project requirements
  • Background in enterprise portfolio management
  • Skills in Client Relationship Management
  • Skills in Program/Project Management

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
