Full Job Description
Trilogy Federal is looking for a motivated and independent PMO Project Coordinator / Executive Project Analyst with experience supporting program management on large-scale initiatives. This role provides operational and administrative support to Project Managers and senior leadership by coordinating project activities, maintaining executive reporting, tracking milestones and action items, supporting governance meetings,creating written communications,and ensuring project documentation remains current. This role serves as the central coordination point across multiple initiatives, enabling Project Managers to focus on strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, organizational transformation, and executive decision support.

We are seeking candidates for a full-time remote position, with potential opportunities for ad hoc onsite work in DC in the future (candidates local to the DC Metro Area strongly preferred).

Please note this role is on a 6-month contract in which we are hopeful for an extension or additional work, but it may be only 6 months.

Primary Responsibilities:

Executive Coordination

  • SupportProject Management Teamin daily project operations.


  • Coordinate executive meetings, governance sessions, and working groups.


  • Develop meeting agendas, capture decisions, document action items, and distribute meeting summaries.


  • Track executive decisions through completion.


Project Administration

  • Maintainintegrated project schedules and milestone tracking.


  • Monitor project status and escalate overdue items.


  • Coordinate deliverable reviews and approvals.


Reporting & Dashboard Management

  • Prepare dashboardsor other reports as needed.


  • Update milestone reporting, dependencies, and executive action items.


  • Develop PowerPoint briefings for senior leadership, as needed.


Stakeholder Coordination

  • Schedule stakeholder meetings across multiple organizations.


  • Coordinate follow-up activities.


  • Track stakeholder responses and outstanding actions.


  • Support communication activities associated with organizational changes.


Documentation

  • Draft and maintain project documentation.


  • Support process mappingand SOP development, as needed.


PMO Operations

  • Track project risks and issues.


  • Monitor dependencies.


  • Maintain project templates.


  • Support ad-hoc requests from Project Management Team and program leadership


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years relevant experience including supporting federal projects or PMOs
  • MicrosoftOffice Suite Experience (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Experience supporting executive leadership
  • Experience maintaining project documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Public Trust eligibility


Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP,CAPM, or PROSCIcertification


  • VA, VHA,or Federal experience


  • Experience supporting organizational transformation


  • Experience with Microsoft Teams,Planner, and Project

$95,000 - $115,000 a year

This range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as Trilogy Federal conducts an individual equity review for every candidate based on experience, location, education, industry experience, and comparisons to internal pay bands.
