Corning's Display Technologies segment manufactures glass substrates for active matrix liquid crystal displays ("LCDs") that are used primarily in LCD televisions, notebook computers and flat panel desktop monitors.
Role PurposeAs PMO and Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a variety of programs for US-based businesses under Corning Glass Innovations (CGI), working closely with business leaders and functions, and delivering results that contribute to operational improvement, as well as business growth for CGI and Corning as a whole.
Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional strategic programs that deliver measurable business impact
- Drive end-to-end execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities
- Evaluate market opportunities and commercialization strategies for emerging technologies
- Develop data-driven go-to-market and investment strategies
- Partner with leaders across business, technology, and finance to identify and prioritize growth opportunities
Experiences/Education - Required- Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or related required
- 3+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business transformation, or corporate development
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous business challenges using data-driven insights
- Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across functions
- Track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes
- Demonstrated leadership in managing project & people across functions and regions
- Seasoned in technological areas, ability to engage in technology discussions
Experiences/Education - Desired- MBA or advanced degree in science and technology
- Experience in consulting and/or complex global organizations preferred
This position does not support immigration sponsorship. The range for this position is $125,150.00 - $172,082.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
