Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced PLM Integration Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise integrations for large-scale Teamcenter implementation programs. Experience with Teamcenter, Active Integration Gateway (AIG/T4x) is required. Cloud-based PLM deployments will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining end-to-end integration architecture, designing scalable integration frameworks, and ensuring seamless data exchange between Teamcenter and enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, ALM, QMS, CAD, and ECAD applications while maintaining data integrity, traceability, security, and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong expertise in Teamcenter integration architecture, AIG/T4x technologies, API and middleware-based integrations, data mapping and transformation, transaction monitoring, and enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.
Required Qualifications:• Strong expertise in Teamcenter architecture and enterprise integration frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Active Integration Gateway (AIG), T4EA, and T4S solutions.
• Expertise in configuring AIG pipelines, mappings, jobs, transfer modes, and synchronization rules.
• Experience with AIG administration, transaction monitoring, job management, troubleshooting, and operational support.
• Strong knowledge of Teamcenter data model, including Items, Revisions, BOMs, Documents, Workflows, and Change Management.
• Experience integrating Teamcenter with SAP ECC/S4HANA, MES, ALM, QMS, ERP, CAD, and ECAD systems.
• Expertise in REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML, JSON, and web service integration technologies.
• Strong understanding of event-driven integrations, middleware platforms, messaging frameworks, and distributed transaction patterns.
• Experience defining data mappings, attribute transformations, lifecycle synchronization, validation, and reconciliation processes.
• Knowledge of OAuth, SSO, authentication, authorization, API security, logging, and audit compliance requirements.
• Experience with transaction monitoring, exception handling, retry/reprocessing strategies, audit trails, and production support processes.
• Familiarity with Teamcenter SOA, BMIDE, Active Workspace, and Teamcenter workflow integration concepts.
• Experience integrating engineering authoring tools such as SolidWorks, Altium A365 and AutoCAD with Teamcenter.
• Understanding of cloud-native integration architectures, Teamcenter deployment constraints, and Siemens Xcelerator ecosystem.
• Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Siemens Teamcenter certification(s) will be an added advantage.
• Experience with Teamcenter - Siemens Industry Solutions for Hi-Tech industry will be an added advantage.
