The Commercialization and Enablement team for Platforms and Devices Enterprise solutions serves as the critical bridge between product and field execution. Our mission is to empower our sellers and partners to shift from traditional point-product pitches to integrated, full-stack solution selling.

This role serves as the strategic link between Product innovation and field execution, ensuring Platforms and Devices (P&D) Enterprise solutions are market-ready, scalable, and highly sellable. They drive end-to-end go-to-market strategies, align cross-functional teams and executive leadership around a unified narrative, and equip global sellers and channel partners to navigate complex product transitions, mitigate churn, and accelerate profitable growth.

The Platforms and Devices team encompasses Google's various computing software platforms across environments (desktop, mobile, applications), as well as our first party devices and services that combine the best of Google AI, software, and hardware. Teams across this area research, design, and develop new technologies to make our user's interaction with computing faster and more seamless, building innovative experiences for our users around the world.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $159000 - $231000 (USD) 15% bonus target equity benefits

Responsibilities
  • Translate complex product roadmaps into clear commercial strategies. Optimize release processes and ordering to accelerate enterprise purchasing and reduce friction.
  • Act as the strategic bridge connecting Product, Marketing, and Sales. Align executive stakeholders to unify market narratives and seamlessly navigate complex product pivots.
  • Equip internal sellers, OEMs, and channel partners with high-impact collateral (pitch decks, FAQs, playbooks) and targeted training to confidently articulate value and overcome objections.
  • Guide the field and customers through major product transitions or deprecations. Develop proactive strategies to mitigate churn, manage high-stakes escalations, and uncover timely upsell opportunities.
  • Leverage product usage and pipeline data to drive targeted adoption campaigns. Identify economies of scale to build repeatable, systemic GTM processes across the P&D portfolio.
