Job Title: Platform Design System Lead

Security Clearance: No clearance, however, there is a background check that includes criminal, credit and fingerprintsResponsibilities- Contribute to open-source design systems, UI libraries, or reusable internal platform libraries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and scalability.
- Lead initiatives to improve user experience and interface design standards.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of design documentation and best practices.
Requirements - Experience with open-source design systems, UI libraries, or internal platform libraries.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Previous experience leading design teams or projects.
