Job Purpose and Impact

The Plant Operations Senior Supervisor will provide strategic operational oversight for packaging and warehouse operations at our Fullerton, CA facility with moderate presence and degree of complexity. In this role, you will oversee and hold the specified operating departments accountable to standards for safety, quality, operational effectiveness, and financial performance.

Key Accountabilities

  • Oversee operations of packaging and warehouse departments to ensure teams are following policies and procedures related to employee, food safety and environmental compliance.
  • Partners with human resources, environment, health and safety and food safety, quality and regulatory leaders to identify the most effective approach for implementing and monitoring corporate safety policies and procedures.
  • Oversee production outcomes, quantity and quality to ensure customer and food safety requirements are within specifications.
  • Partner collaboratively with appropriate centers of excellence including, but not limited to engineering and plant management, to provide input into the development of plant capital investment strategies.
  • Accountable for the implementation of non base capital investments for packaging and warehouse operations.
  • Ensure ongoing review of key performance indicators with focus on continuous improvements in site operational targets.
  • Develops and oversees operational plans and monitors routine operations for packaging and warehouse teams
  • Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

Position Details
• Location: Fullerton, CA; Relocation support may be provided
• Schedule is Monday - Friday; Days. There are also some events that will require work outside of normal business hours, including weekends
• The business will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position
• The expected salary for this position is $115,000-$150,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance
