ResponsibilitiesWhat Will You Do? Responsibilities- Leadership & Strategy: Provide leadership for all plant operations. Develop and execute strategies aligned with business objectives. Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Safety & Environmental Leadership: Champion safety, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead safety initiatives.
- Manufacturing Operations: Direct production, planning, scheduling, materials, maintenance, and plant performance activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, waste reduction, and productivity initiatives.
- Financial Performance: Manage budgets, capital expenditures, labor productivity, inventory, and cost reduction programs.
- Employee Development: Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing team members while fostering engagement and inclusion.
QualificationsEducation- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field required.
Experience- Minimum 7 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience and 5 years leading a multi-functional manufacturing facility. Experience with high-mix manufacturing, metal fabrication, welding, powder coating/paint operations, assembly, logistics, and engineer-to-order manufacturing environments preferred.
Qualifications- Strong understanding of fabrication, paint, assembly, warehousing, ERP/MRP systems, Lean Manufacturing, budgeting, talent development, and cross-functional leadership. Demonstrated ability to improve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity results.
