PLANT MANAGER

A growing, privately held manufacturing company in the Upper Midwest is seeking a skilled Plant Manager to lead operations at one of its flagship production facilities. This facility manufactures customized structural and architectural products used in commercial, agricultural, and residential building systems across the U.S. and Canada.

This is a critical leadership role with responsibility for overseeing plant operations including safety, production, quality, scheduling, maintenance, and performance metrics. The right candidate will bring a mix of strategic leadership and hands-on management, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day operations and drive strategic initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Provide leadership across all plant functions including production, logistics, maintenance, purchasing, and administration.
