Full Job Description
Job Description

As the Plant Controller, you'll be the go-to expert for all financial matters on the plant's leadership team. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll set the direction for accounting and finance, guiding everything from day-to-day operations to long-term strategy. This is more than just an accounting job-it's your chance to help lead, shape, and grow a business. Curious what life's like around here? Pauls Valley offers small-town friendliness, affordable living, easy commutes, and a strong sense of community-all while keeping you connected to some of the best amenities in the region.

Norman is an easy drive north, offering the energy of a college town with great restaurants, shopping, and the University of Oklahoma. Keep going and you're in the Oklahoma City metro, with major entertainment, dining, shopping, professional sports, and a major airport.

Closer to home, you'll find plenty of outdoor activities, local sports, and community events without the traffic and higher cost of living that come with a larger city.

If you're looking for a great career opportunity with lower living costs, more space, less time commuting, and access to everything a larger metro has to offer, Pauls Valley is worth a look.
