Full Job Description
About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Planner to support hours planning and workforce modeling across our fulfillment and pharmacy operations.

This role is responsible for ensuring that labor plans are not only accurate, but actionable and effectively executed across the network. The Planner will translate forecasted demand into weekly hours targets using established frameworks, while owning visibility into plan performance and driving follow-through with cross-functional partners.

The Planner will play a critical role in connecting planning outputs to real-world execution-tracking performance, identifying gaps, and contributing to continuous improvements in planning models, assumptions, and processes over time.

You Will:
  • Support development and communication of network demand forecasts to operational stakeholders.
  • Monitor capacity across fulfillment and pharmacy operations, identifying potential constraints, imbalances, and execution risks.
  • Partner with Operations and Business Analytics to align forecast, capacity, and labor plans across the network.
  • Support the conversion of forecasted demand and production volume into labor hours using established planning frameworks.
  • Calculate and publish weekly hours targets by department and site.
  • Monitor Planned vs. Actual hours performance, identifying variances, risks, and opportunities.
  • Differentiate between model gaps and execution issues to support effective decision-making.
  • Drive execution-level alignment and accountability across Operations, Recruiting, HR, Learning, and Finance.
  • Coordinate planning cadences and follow-ups to ensure plans are executed consistently.
  • Identify opportunities to improve planning assumptions, workflows, and processes.
  • Maintain labor models, including productivity assumptions and operational constraints.
  • Partner with Business Analytics to develop standardized reporting and scalable planning tools.
  • Maintain clear documentation of planning assumptions, outputs, and model updates.

You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Workforce planning, Capacity planning, Production planning, Supply planning, Demand planning, or Operations analytics
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets proficiency, including data analysis (Lookups, PivotTables, scenario modeling, and structured logic)
  • Familiarity with ERP, planning systems, or reporting tools is a plus
  • Basic SQL or BI tool experience (Looker, Tableau, etc.) is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and drive insights
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to drive structured processes and follow-through

Our Benefits (there are more but here are some highlights):
  • Competitive salary & equity compensation for full-time roles
  • Unlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days
  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental & vision, and parental leave
  • Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)
  • 401k benefits with employer matching contribution
  • Offsite team retreats
