Opportunity Overview

This senior-level planner serves as Teradyne's central expert for ASIC supply continuity planning. The role manages end-to-end planning, allocation management, forecast translation, inventory strategy, and shortage mitigation across all aspects of the ASIC supply chain. The planner will be a member of the ASIC commodity team and will focus on ensuring that the production hardware is in place at our various test houses as well as other planning and buying activities. The team requires extreme flexibility of roles and this planner will do whatever it takes to establish a robust supply chain for our ASIC's.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the team with planning related assignments
• Ensure production hardware is delivered to our various test houses in the supply chain
• Track and monitor the flow of material through the outsourced supply chain - wafers, substrates, memory, packaging and test processes.
• Purchase production hardware and ensure prompt delivery to the test houses.
• Develop executive dashboards and quarterly supply outlooks.
• Support new product introductions, technology transitions, EOL management, and business continuity planning.

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• 2-8+ years of experience in material planning, supply planning, semiconductor sourcing, commodity management, or operations.
• Experience managing semiconductor allocation environments and long lead-time commodities.
• Advanced ERP/MRP and Excel analytical skills.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and external suppliers.

Up to 10% domestic and international travel may be required to support supplier engagements, business reviews, manufacturing partners, and strategic planning activities.

Preferred Qualifications:
• APICS CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with ASICs
• Experience supporting executive business reviews and shortage escalation forums.
• Semiconductor industry planning experience.

Up to 10% domestic and international travel may be required to support supplier engagements, business reviews, manufacturing partners, and strategic planning activities.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $68,040-$127,760. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.

Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
