Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of industrial design experience.
- Experience in design (e.g., proportions, color form, typography presentation).
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
Preferred qualifications:- Experience with the design process, including trend research, design strategy, concept development, and manufacturing execution.
- Strong visual sense for proportion, form and details.
- Excellent communication/visualization and storytelling skills.
- Excellent sketching, form development, 2D/3D visualization, CAD modeling, and graphic skills.
Responsibilities - Lead design programs from early concept through production, taking responsibility for creative output, schedule, and maintaining design integrity from start to finish, and keeping design leadership apprised of program status and issues affecting the team.
- Develop presentation deliverables that may include research summaries, sketches, user scenarios, product renderings, and appearance models.
- Represent the design team in meetings and presentations to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with and inspire members of the Product, Engineering, UX/User Experience Researcher (UXR), Product Marketing, and Research teams to execute on project goals.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000-$155,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
