Role Overview:This role is for a Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) Engineer focused on configuring and supporting CIAM solutions, primarily leveraging Ping Identity and/or Strivacity platforms. The engineer will be responsible for onboarding various applications to enterprise CIAM services and implementing critical identity protocols to ensure secure access.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure and support CIAM solutions using Ping Identity and/or Strivacity platforms.
- Onboard web, mobile, and API-based applications to enterprise CIAM services.
- Implement Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML integrations.
- Develop and maintain customer registration, login, password management, and profile management journeys.
- Troubleshoot authentication, federation, and access-related issues.
- Collaborate with application teams, security teams, and architects to deliver secure identity solutions.
- Support CIAM platform upgrades, enhancements, and operational activities.
- Create technical documentation, onboarding guides, and integration standards.
Required Skills:- 3-7 years of IAM/CIAM experience.
- Hands-on experience with Ping Identity and/or Strivacity platforms.
- Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWT, and SCIM.
- Experience integrating applications using REST APIs and identity protocols.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Microsoft Identity And Access Management.
Qualifications:- 8-10 years of overall experience required.
Preferred Skills:- Ping Identity certifications.
- Experience with customer identity lifecycle management and adaptive authentication.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services.
