Internal Medicine & Pediatrics (Med-Peds) Physician to join our growing primary care team in Illinois. Whether you're an experienced physician or a

As part of our multidisciplinary team, you'll work alongside Advanced Practice Providers, Behavioral Health Specialists, Care Managers, and specialists to deliver high-quality, coordinated care across the lifespan.
What You'll DoComprehensive Patient Care- Provide outpatient primary care services for patients across all ages (Family Medicine or Med-Peds scope).
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Perform annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, and routine physical examinations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on long-term health and wellness.
Collaborative Care- Work closely with physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Care Managers, Behavioral Health, and specialty teams.
- Supervise and collaborate with Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners as appropriate.
- Coordinate referrals, diagnostic testing, and follow-up care.
Clinical Excellence- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record.
- Stay current on evidence-based medicine and clinical best practices.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and value-based care programs.
What You BringRequired Qualifications- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in:
- Family Medicine or
- Internal Medicine & Pediatrics (Med-Peds)
- Active Illinois medical license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
- DEA license and controlled substance registration (or ability to obtain).
- Excellent communication and patient-centered care skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Previous outpatient primary care experience is preferred, but recent residency graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with value-based care or population health is a plus.
- Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR); Athena experience is a plus.
Compensation- Base Salary: $200,000-$300,000 annually, based on experience
- Bonus Potential: Up to $100,000 annually based on productivity and performance
