Compensation + Perks
- Base Salary: $125,000-$188,000 (depending on experience and schedule)
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 (based on experience)

How You'll Make an Impact- Clinical care & procedures: Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose and build evidence-based treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret labs and imaging, and perform procedures like suturing, wound care, abscess drainage, joint injections, and splinting.
- Patient experience & flow: Support patients through their care journey with clear communication, run telemedicine visits, handle follow-ups (lab results, refills, messages), and partner with medical assistants, scribes, and front office staff to keep flow moving.
- Tech-enabled documentation: Document encounters in the EMR and use AI copilots for clinical decision support and streamlined workflow, keeping records timely and complete.
- Team collaboration & leadership: Work alongside supervising physicians and clinical staff, mentor interns and students, and join performance feedback and quality improvement.
- Flexibility & growth: Complete ongoing training, join monthly provider syncs and one-on-ones, and stay flexible with scheduling, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements- NYS PA license + NCCPA certification
- Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies
- EMR experience and strong HIPAA knowledge
- FMCSA certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months
- DEA preferred or willingness to obtain
- Suboxone and CDL certification
- New grads are welcome
