Job DescriptionPhysical Therapy Solutions is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused
Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient orthopedic team.
- Perform comprehensive evaluations to identify functional limitations and establish individualized treatment plans.
- Develop measurable, patient-centered goals and evidence-based plans of care.
- Deliver high-quality, one-on-one physical therapy services to patients with a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, functional training, and other evidence-based interventions.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate to maximize outcomes.
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
- Complete timely, accurate, and compliant documentation within the electronic medical record.
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and rehabilitation technicians in accordance with Virginia practice standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, insurance providers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain productivity standards while delivering exceptional clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative clinic environment.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development to maintain current clinical knowledge and skills.
Qualifications- Graduated from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
- Current or eligible for Virginia Physical Therapist licensure.
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
- Strong orthopedic assessment and treatment skills or a desire to develop them through mentorship.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build rapport with patients and provide compassionate, individualized care.
- Self-motivated, positive, and team-oriented.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and an exceptional patient experience.
