Overview

Join a high-performing outpatient physical therapy team where your growth is supported – earn $85K–$112K, a sign-on bonus, and Up to $25K in Student Loan Repayment!

 

Step into a high-energy, PT/OT powerhouse clinic where you’ll treat a diverse, high-functioning patient population (hand, vestibular, ortho, joint replacements) alongside a tight-knit, supportive team that truly elevates each other’s practice. Practice in a state-of-the-art, newly built clinic with advanced strength equipment (TRX, squat rack, leg press) in a vibrant, high-traffic location near STAC, Dominican University, and TZ High School—where opportunity and activity are constant. 

 

Job Type: Full-time (Mon/Wed/Fri 7am-3pm and Tue/Thurs 12pm-8pm; 40 hours per week. Some flexibility with schedule, but no flexibility with night shifts.)

Responsibilities

As a PT, You’ll Achieve Success By:

  • Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
  • Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
  • Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
  • Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
  • Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
Qualifications

Physical Therapist Requirements:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
  • Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care
  • CPR and first aid certification required

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting preferred; highly qualified new graduates with strong orthopedic clinical training during affiliations will be considered.

  • Demonstrated familiarity with evaluating and treating both orthopedic and sports medicine conditions.

 

Compensation: $85K - $112K+ inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
