Job Type: Full-time (Mon/Wed/Fri 7am-3pm and Tue/Thurs 12pm-8pm; 40 hours per week. Some flexibility with schedule, but no flexibility with night shifts.)

Responsibilities
As a PT, You’ll Achieve Success By:
- Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
- Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
- Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
- Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
- Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
Qualifications
Physical Therapist Requirements:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
- Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care
CPR and first aid certification required
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting preferred; highly qualified new graduates with strong orthopedic clinical training during affiliations will be considered.
Demonstrated familiarity with evaluating and treating both orthopedic and sports medicine conditions.
Compensation: $85K - $112K+ inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
