Physical Therapist (Hiring both New Grads and Experienced PT's)

($15,000.00 Sign-ON Bonus, Relocation Assistance Package, Lucrative Compensation/Benefits Package!)

We are actively hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join the team. In this role, you will have the chance to provide top-tier rehabilitation care in an outpatient clinic, working closely with a diverse group of patients and contributing to their recovery and quality of life.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Conducting initial evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Administering various therapeutic treatments, including exercises, manual therapy, modalities (such as ultrasound, heat/ice therapy, and electrical stimulation), and patient education.
  • Educating patients on exercise programs, posture correction, and injury prevention to ensure long-term recovery and improved functional outcomes.
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary care team to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
  • Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed to meet their rehabilitation goals.
  • Documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with departmental policies and industry standards.


Requirements

  • Licensure: Must hold or be eligible to obtain a valid Physical Therapist license.
  • Education: A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or able to obtain within 90 days of hire.
  • Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and team members. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Patient Care: Ability to deliver high-quality, compassionate care for a wide range of patients, including those with orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions.
