Position: Physical Therapist, Outpatient (Hyde Park Clinic)
Location: Boston, MA
Schedule: 40 hours per week (M-F)
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Staff Physical Therapist conducts comprehensive assessments of patients in the outpatient setting with physical and functional deficits, planning and implementing physical therapy treatments to promote mobility, reduce pain, restore function, prevent permanent disability and restore independence, using various treatment techniques. Collaborates with other disciplines to arrange for appropriate follow-up care and facilitates a returning to prior levels of to home and work function. Provides student training according to departmental guidelines and participates in continuous education.

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT:
Boston Medical Center outpatient department has three facilities in and around Boston. The Dorchester location is conveniently located in the South Bay shopping center and is our largest facility. Our Hyde Park location services our patients south of Boston and our Winthrop location provides care to our patients north and east of the city.
Compensation Range:
$37.50- $54.33This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
