Department: Outpatient

Schedule: Rotating shift | Full-time

Salary range: $84,336.33 - $123,342.43 per year

Sign-on Bonus: Up to $10,000.00

How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Provide comprehensive rehabilitative care for a clinically diverse patient population, specializing in a wide cross section of neuro, ortho, and specialty areas like lymphedema and pelvic floor.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly reassess individualized, patient-centered plans of care in collaboration with patients and families.
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions across complex diagnoses, including neurological, oncological, orthopedic, cardiopulmonary, and medically complex conditions.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, optimize outcomes, and support safe, effective discharge planning.
  • Schedule will have 2 evenings a week until approximately 7:15 p.m.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation prior to hire date or job transfer date required. A valid license pending letter will be accepted until license is issued.


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
