Salary: $92,493.52 - $125,138.10 per year

  • Direct and optimize departmental operations to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care. Provide mentorship that strengthens team effectiveness and morale.
  • Implement streamlined policies that ensure consistent service delivery and successful achievement of productivity goals.
  • Maintain a focus on quality improvement and contractual compliance, driving ongoing operational success through regular assessment.
  • Cultivate a high-retention environment focused on employee satisfaction, ensuring the highest standards of care for our patients.
  • Identify and seize opportunities for departmental growth through proactive marketing and community collaboration.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Practical/Vocational Nurse preferred.

Education:
