Full Job Description
We are looking for a candidate who is a proven manual physical therapy-based clinician with a significant background in an outpatient orthopedic setting. Please note that we are exclusively seeking candidates with this specific outpatient orthopedic experience, and candidates from home health or skilled nursing backgrounds will not be a clinical fit for our environment.

The successful hire must demonstrate an active commitment to continuous professional growth, shown by a history of being a dedicated learner, evidenced by completing at least two physical therapy continuing education classes per year in the last two years, with at least one or two of those being a manual therapy-focused class. Furthermore, the clinician's practice must be heavily manual-based, requiring that they spend 50% or more of their session time delivering hands-on manual therapy. Finally, as a key component of the role in our cash-based model, the therapist must be proficient in patient retention and development: they must be able to maintain patients on their schedule, attract new patients, and secure referrals from existing patients. This is critical as our practice survives on the high value a cash-based patient finds in the therapy, which results in follow-up visits and package purchases.

  • Compensation and Benefits:
    • The competitive annual salary range of $105k-$175k to signal a top-tier role.
    • Key benefits such as generous PTO, comprehensive medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) retirement plans with employer contributions.
  • Support for Clinical Excellence and Retention:
    • Highlight that the role includes paid charting time, including the use of advanced AI-generated notes, to reduce non-clinical workload and free up more time for patient care (which ultimately supports retention).
    • Mention the benefit of working alongside a team of highly certified clinicians, specifically noting the high concentration of CFMTs for peer learning and collaboration.
    • Reference the weekly, unlimited continuing education funds and regular in-house trainings (biweekly and quarterly) as concrete examples of the support that drives the high clinical value and patient retention you require.
  • Required Certifications (if applicable):
    • Reiterate the strong preference for or pursuit of certifications like CFMT, FAAOMPT, or COMT, as this is a clear signal of the required commitment to manual therapy.
