Emp Status Regular Full time Work Shift Compensation Range The base pay scale for this position is $127,946.52 - $147,934.02. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. What you will be doing Overview: HSS Rehabilitation and Performance is a dynamic multidisciplinary team of highly skilled clinicians supported by engaged patient access and rehab technician professionals. We are seeking an acute care physical therapist to join our team at the HSS main campus.  Upon referral by a physician, you will evaluate patient condition, determine the appropriate treatment plan and set rehabilitation goals. Educating patients and family members on the most up-to-date approaches to the rehabilitation process is an important part of this role. In addition to treating a large variety of operative diagnoses, our acute care clinicians play key roles in pre-operative, post-operative and post-acute physical therapy programs for HSS patients.    We offer a robust onboarding experience and many career development opportunities including, but not limited to: career ladder advancement, clinical mentorship, participation in educational initiatives (for self and others), and team and community activities.
