Job Summary
The PHP Developer will build and support client-facing web tools and dashboards using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. The role will develop self-service and generator-style applications, create dashboard front ends using data and APIs provided by Data Engineering teams, support integration into existing client-facing web properties, and contribute to validation and defect resolution throughout testing and readiness activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Build the client-facing test build change summary tool
• Build the client-facing multi-file setup generator
• Develop the Executive Impact Dashboard and Test Classification Dashboard front ends using data produced by Data Engineering teams
• Support PHP embedding of dashboards and tools into existing client-facing web properties
• Support Compass integration for client-facing test build content as it becomes available
• Participate in validation of client-facing tools during readiness activities
• Support defect identification and resolution during client testing
• Integrate front-end applications with backend data and APIs
• Deliver and maintain client-facing web applications throughout the software development lifecycle

Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience as a software or application engineer building web-based tools or dashboards
• Working knowledge of PHP sufficient to embed dashboards and tools into existing web pages
• Front-end development experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or modern front-end frameworks
• Experience integrating front-end applications with backend data and APIs
• Experience building self-service or generator-style tools for external end users
• Ability to work effectively with data models and APIs delivered by Data Engineering teams

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience building client-facing tools in healthcare, laboratory, or regulated industry environments
• Experience with Compass or comparable product catalog/web content platforms
• Experience with automated testing and validation for client-facing web applications
