Full Job Description
We are seeking a Photo Art Director to support our style focused in-store experience marketing campaigns. This role will partner with our internal store experience creative teams to deliver high-level style campaign concepts through final execution for our in-store experiences.

The ideal candidate combines strong conceptual thinking, storytelling, visual world building skills along with hands-on photo art direction experience and has a background supporting retail, apparel, lifestyle, or consumer brand marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Develop high-level creative concepts and style-forward campaign themes
Translate campaign concepts into marketing deliverables for in-store style campaigns, as well as deliver creative assets for other brand channels
Partner with photographers, stylists, producers, designers, and marketing teams throughout the creative development process
Provide on-set direction to photographers and creative partners during photo shoots as needed
Review photography selects and provide post-production feedback, including retouching notes and color review guidance
Create creative presentations, mood boards, and pre-production decks to communicate campaign vision and execution plans
Partner with designers, art directors, writers, production teams, producers, creative directors, and marketing teams throughout the creative development process
Experience in planning, casting and managing talent expectations for photoshoots
Concept and art direct from high-level theme through final asset delivery for production teams
Ensure creative consistency across style campaign and brand touchpoints
Collaborate closely with internal teams and translate feedback into creative solutions that aligns with business and marketing objectives

Required Skills & Experience
5-7+ years of professional Style Photo Art Direction experience
Deeply attuned to style, fashion, culture, retail trends and evolving guest behaviors
Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual strength and high craft standards in retail, brand, campaign, design, and photo art direction skills
Proven experience developing and executing style led marketing campaigns
Strong design experience seeing work through concept development into post-production
Experience creating and presenting creative concepts, mood boards, and pre-production materials
Ability to translate high-level campaign themes into customer-facing marketing assets
Experience collaborating with cross-functional creative, marketing, and production teams
Strong visual storytelling, composition, and style sensibilities
Ability to manage multiple projects within the style campaigns simultaneously
Expert knowledge of all CS software and the Mac platform.

Preferred Qualifications
Fashion, retail & consumer brand experience
Experience supporting style-forward, fashion focused marketing initiatives and campaigns
Experience developing creative assets for in-store experiences or digital marketing campaigns
Experience working within large enterprise brand environments
Experience in print design, 3D design and/or experiential physical space design a plus

Additional Information
Occasional travel may be required to support photography productions
Regular onsite participation is required for store walkthroughs, prototyping, creative reviews, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Candidates must be available to work onsite 2-3 days per week.
