Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomy Supervisor to join our team in Peabody MA. You will be traveling to Danvers, Middleton, Lynn and NewburyportWork Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, additional days and hours may be required Job Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of (+25) phlebotomists working in Patient Service Centers and/or physician's offices
- Manage patient flow, wait times, and inventory levels and information logs
- Monitor monthly productivity and report any deviations as necessary
- Coordinate phlebotomists' schedules through resourceful and creative thinking
- Perform operational duties such as payroll, monthly schedules and performance appraisals
- Partner with Human Resources regarding employee relations issues and disciplinary actions
- Hire and train phlebotomists to fill any open positions
- Communicate effectively to internal and external customers including patients, client office staff, sales team, logistics and senior management
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patients and clients
- Assist in the set-up of new Patient Service Centers or Client Offices
- Provide resolution of any patient or client issues
- Perform, collect and prepare specimens when needed
- Travel to additional sites as necessary
Minimum Qualifications:- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 2 years or more experience as a phlebotomist
Preferred Qualifications:- 3 years or more as a supervisor or leader of direct reports
- 5 years or more experience as a phlebotomist
- Current or Previous LabCorp experience

- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
- Be at least 21 years' old
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record

**Salary Range: $69,000 - $95,000 per yearAll job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data
Phlebotomist's may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics
