  • Optimize workflow for pharmacy technicians and drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct monthly inspections of medication storage areas as assigned.

Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor, you will be responsible for accurately performing advanced and basic pharmacy technician functions.

What will you do in this role:

  • You will assist in the supervision of other technicians to ensure that policies and procedures and regulatory requirements are uniformly and consistently followed.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining medication storage and security as per regulatory requirements throughout the organization.
  • You will accurately perform audits as assigned.
  • You will perform and monitor compliance for quality control and performance improvement functions as assigned.
  • You will optimize technician workflow and continuous improvement process.
  • You will accurately perform and document monthly medication storage area inspections as assigned.
