Qualifications

  • Pharmacist credentialed by the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy.
  • Current Pharmacist license from Oklahoma or Kansas (for applicable roles).
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy is required.
  • 3 years of pharmacy experience or completion of a Health System Pharmacy Administration residency program.
  • Retail pharmacy experience strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years of Pharmacy Manager experience preferred.

How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Manage Daily Operations: Oversee daily retail dispensing inside the hospital to ensure fast, safe prescription service for discharged patients and staff.
  • Drive Business Growth: Build and launch new outpatient programs, bedside delivery, and clinical services to increase patient capture and revenue.
  • Lead and Train Staff: Coach pharmacy team members to provide great customer care and accurate service that builds lasting patient trust.
  • Track Financial Goals: Monitor sales reports and manage budgets to boost retail profit and support the hospital's long-term business goals.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Pharmacist credentialed from the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy required.
  • Licensed Pharmacist obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Current license from the State of Oklahoma or license issued by State of Kansas for positions residing in Kansas and fulfillment of 15 hours continuing education per year.


Education:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.


Work Experience:

  • 3 years of experience required OR a graduate from an accredited Health System Pharmacy Administration residency program required.

What additional preferences we're seeking

  • Retail Pharmacy experience strongly preferred
  • 2+ years of Pharmacy Manager experience preferred
