What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Pharmacist credentialed from the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy required.
  • Licensed Pharmacist obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Current license from the State of Oklahoma or license issued by State of Kansas for positions residing in Kansas and fulfillment of 15 hours continuing education per year.


Education:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.


Work Experience:

  • 3 years of experience required OR a graduate from an accredited Health System Pharmacy Administration residency program required.

What additional preferences we're seeking

  • Retail Pharmacy experience strongly preferred
  • 2+ years of Pharmacy Manager experience preferred
