About the role:

The Pharmacy Informatics Specialist serves as a clinical, operational, and technology subject matter expert, helping healthcare organizations optimize medication management through implementation and adoption of Intelliguard solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:
Key Responsibilities
• Support customer implementations, onboarding, and go-live activities
• Assess pharmacy workflows and recommend operational improvements
• Provide guidance on inventory management, medication tracking, diversion prevention, and compliance best

practices
• Deliver customer training and adoption support
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer and workflow insights
• Participate in product testing, validation, and enhancement initiatives
• Support customer-facing presentations and industry events

Required Qualifications
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
• 5+ years hospital or health-system pharmacy experience
• Experience with pharmacy automation, inventory management, medication distribution, or healthcare

technology systems
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Hybrid role in Columbus, OH (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
