Department: Retail Pharmacy / Charitable Pharmacy / Outpatient Pharmacy Clinic

Schedule: Monday - Friday. Day Shift

  • Lead comprehensive pharmacy operations by aligning daily workflows with the organization's mission to deliver safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care.
  • Design and implement department policies across all functional areas to elevate practice standards, ensure clinical excellence, and drive continuous performance improvement.
  • Manage departmental budgets and staffing models using strategic capacity planning to optimize resources while maintaining safe, efficient service delivery.
  • Champion regulatory compliance and quality initiatives by overseeing adherence to Joint Commission, safety, and specialty accreditation standards to protect patient safety.
  • Cultivate collaborative partnerships with site leadership, medical specialties, and external vendors to foster seamless interdisciplinary teamwork and integrated care.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Pharmacist credentialed from the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy required.
  • Licensed Pharmacist obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.


Education:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.


Work Experience:

  • 5 years of experience required.
  • 2 years of cumulative leadership or management experience required OR a graduate from an accredited Health System Pharmacy Administration residency program required.

What additional preferences we're seeking

5 years experience preferred.
