Full Job Description
The Quality Clinical Management Senior Analyst provides support to the Director of Pharmacy Practice in the management of quality and regulatory compliance processes and procedures. Overall responsibilities will be divided between Quality, Regulatory, Accreditation and Audit functions

Essential Functions:
  • Serves as a quality SME related to all quality matters involving prescription processing and fulfillment in addition to sterile and non-sterile compounding
  • Leads and participates in quality improvement projects and various client and manufacturer audits
  • Expedites changes need to meet regulatory, accrediting, and licensing requirements
  • Assists in MED management, track and trend errors, and leads root cause analysis
  • Works with operations to close quality and compliance gaps in SOPs
  • Assists with quarterly compliance audits
  • Actively engages in Accreditation preparedness
  • Researches patient and regulatory complaints
  • Interfaces with all areas of pharmacy operations
  • Becomes a DPP Succession Candidate


Required:
  • Registered Pharmacist in the state of practice (AZ)
  • Strongly prefer Pharmacy license in state of CA.
  • Willingness to become licensed in additional states
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in use of computer applications
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing self-study
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, solve problems and make informed decisions in a timely fashion
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
