Job SummaryThe Pharmacist is responsible for providing pharmaceutical services to patients and medical staff by interpreting and preparing medication orders from health care providers; and assuring that pharmaceuticals dispensed are in accordance ICHS standards, policies and procedures, and federal and state laws, regulations and standards. This position is also responsible to ensure patients receive safe and appropriate medication therapy, with a focus on quality customer service and sensitivity.
Education - Bachelor's Degree or PharmD from an accredited pharmacy program.
Experience - One (1) year of pharmacy practice experience.
Other Requirement(s) - Active State of Washington Pharmacist License. Active Basic Life Support (BLS). Fluency in English required: additional fluency in other languages is valued.
