Coordinate and supervise the proper storage, distribution, and usage of medications to pediatric patients. Provide information to parents, patients, and staff concerning dosage, interactions, incompatibilities, adverse effects, administration, and appropriate use of medications.
Required Education and Experience
Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
One year of pharmacist experience in either a retail, outpatient, IV room or OR pharmacy setting.
Required Credentials
Licensed by the Washington State Board of Pharmacy as a pharmacist.
Preferred
Two (2) years retail, outpatient, IV room or OR pharmacy experience.
Licensed pharmacy preceptor.
Pediatric experience.
Compensation Range
$142,991.00 - $214,487.00 per year

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
