DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and driven Personal Lines Producer to join our team and help us continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance and financial products.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
- Meet sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise- 3-5 years of experience in financial services or proven success as a P&C producer.
- Active P&C and Health/Life licenses.
- Strong sales and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Coachable and eager to learn.
