What You'll Do: You may have a good idea of what a Personal Injury Attorney does: meet with clients, take depositions, negotiate settlements, prepare for trial, and advocate for injured people. But we can guarantee you do not know what an attorney does at Daniel Stark.
At Daniel Stark, we do more than handle cases. We change lives. As Personal Injury Attorney, you will represent people who have suffered serious injuries due to dog attacks, unsafe property conditions, oil field accidents, construction incidents, industrial injuries, and other workplace-related negligence.
You will learn your clients' stories: their fears, frustrations, and the impact these injuries have on their families and livelihoods. You will become their advocate, guide, and relentless champion throughout the legal process. With the support of a dedicated attorney team captain and a culture focused on personal and professional growth, you will help clients rebuild their lives

The Breakdown:
  • Discover & Develop Client's Story: Work on great cases for exceptional clients. Keep them from getting taken advantage of by insurance companies.

  • Efficient Caseload Management: Be proactive, not reactive, providing exemplary customer service to your clients. Your strategic insights will be critical in driving our business forward.

What We're Looking For:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA)
  • State bar certification in Texas
  • 3+ years of premises liability / workplace injury experience or related legal experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
  • Multitasking - the ideal candidate should excel at juggling multiple tasks simultaneously. They should be adept at prioritizing and managing various responsibilities efficiently.
  • Organizational skills and planning - Being organized is essential. The candidate should be a planner, able to adapt to structuring tasks, managing time, and maintaining order.
