In the assigned Job Role of Technology Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided
• Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions
• Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability
• Conduct code reviews, do changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories
• Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards
• Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications
• Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects

Required Skill and Experience
• Experience with LoadRunner for performance test design, execution and analysis.
• Experience in API testing (RestAssured/SOAP).
• Experience with Messaging Systems (MQ/Kafka).
• Experience with OpenShift.
• Experience using Dynatrace and Splunk for monitoring and performance diagnostics.
• Understanding of database concepts, SQL queries and performance analysis.
• Experience working in Kubernetes-based environments.
• Must be able to analyze application architecture and identify performance risks.
• Must be able to design, develop, and execute end-to-end performance testing strategies.
• Must be able to create workload models and performance test scenarios.
• Must be able to perform performance analysis and identify bottlenecks.
• Must be able to collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, and DevOps teams.
• Must be able to monitor application behavior using Dynatrace and Splunk.
• Must be able to track performance benchmarks, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Must be able to independently drive performance testing activities across projects.
• Must be able to adapt to new tools, technologies, and project requirements.
• Must be able to prepare performance reports and communicate performance findings, recommendations to stakeholders clearly and effectively.

Preferred Skill and Experience
• JMeter.
• Knowledge of Java and/or Python.
• Middleware performance testing (WebSphere, WebLogic, etc.)
• File-based and batch processing systems.
• Banking / Financial Services domain experience.
• CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.).

Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
