Job Summary

Job Summary: Performance Marketing Manager at ATI Restoration is a pivotal role responsible for orchestrating comprehensive performance marketing strategies. The incumbent will be at the forefront of email marketing, lead generation, lead nurturing campaigns, digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and website optimization. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Pardot marketing automation platforms is essential. The role mandates a solid foundation in both B2B and B2C marketing, with a preference for experience in the restoration or construction industry.

Principal Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive and strategic performance marketing plan to drive qualified lead growth and attributable revenue growth.
  • Oversee and optimize email marketing, lead generation, and lead nurturing campaigns to effectively engage potential clients.
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, and website optimization, to enhance online visibility and customer acquisition.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM and Pardot marketing automation platforms to maximize marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with national and regional sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales strategies and overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Enhance performance marketing data analytics, dashboards, and reporting to understand conversion of marketing campaigns to leads, opportunities, and revenue.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to drive desired outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies, recommending innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • This is a true "doer" role currently with the potential to expand into a full team managing predictable revenue streams.
