Acts as a steward of operational improvement and project initiatives. Identifies opportunities and leads, manages and executes initiatives from conception through completion. Builds people capabilities to ensure the continuous evolution of the principle of process performance management and techniques, using appropriate techniques.
Education
Bachelor's Degree Required
Master's Degree Preferred
Experience
3 years experience leading and executing projects using traditional methodologies (PMP,
Six Sigma) Required
General Experience leading large cross-functional teams to successful outcomes Preferred
General Experience General understanding and application of Lean, Six Sigma and Project Management
