  • Strong NeoLoad UI experience, including managing populations, scenarios and test data management
  • Solid understanding of web and distributed systems (HTTP, APIs, microservices, caching, queues)
  • Experience analyzing system metrics (CPU, memory, disk, network, latency, throughput) and troubleshooting issues
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language (JavaScript preferred)
  • Understands CI/CD and modern architectures
  • Good understanding of APM tools (Dynatrace, DataDog)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Confident with correlation & test data
  • Experience building and maintaining dashboards

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms
  • Experience building a new performance testing strategy from the ground up
  • Experience performance-testing large-scale consumer applications
  • Knowledge of database performance tuning (SQL and/or NoSQL)
  • Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments

What Success Looks Like:

  • Performance issues are identified early, before reaching production
  • Clear performance benchmarks and metrics guide engineering decisions
