- 2 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
Preferred qualifications:- Experience in sales, business development or client relationship management.
- Experience in media planning and buying (search, mobile). Knowledge of Search product in search coverage, performance max, automation, and shopping/commerce.
- Track record of working with or for major digital/search/performance companies or agencies.
- Ability to travel 25 - 40% of the time (within the U.S.)
- Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting to large audiences.

Responsibilities - Accelerate product adoption and performance revenue by navigating agency partners from foundational to advanced AI maturity.
- Design and deliver bespoke learning engagements that solve complex business challenges and demonstrate the holistic value of the AI-Powered Performance Suite (Search, PMax, Demand Gen) against agency key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Own the "Test-to-Scale" framework to source and scale pilots into permanent, sustainable revenue streams across the portfolio.
- Identify revenue "white space" and build business cases for new product pitches before leadership prompts. Proactively identify budget flight risks and execute mitigation plans with the Account Strategy Lead (ASL) while maintaining precise data hygiene.
- Orchestrate internal technical teams (professional services (PS), gTech) and collaborate with ALs to prove the impact of Google solutions.
