  • Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, test schedules, entry and exit criteria, and release-readiness checkpoints aligned with development, business, and environment dependencies.
  • Partner closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, define test scenarios and acceptance criteria, and ensure timely testing feedback across the delivery lifecycle.
  • Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) automation for HCM business processes using record-and-playback, reusable tests and test cases, variables, reserved words, and data-driven validations.

  • Use Azure DevOps Boards (ADO) to manage work items, bugs, traceability, dependencies, queries, dashboards, and release and test status reporting.
  • Build meaningful dashboards, views, and metrics to monitor coverage, pass/fail trends, defect aging, environment readiness, and overall release health for technical and business stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and apply complementary tools such as Tricentis where beneficial for test management, automation acceleration, or broader enterprise regression coverage.
  • Support current on-premises PeopleSoft HCM testing operations and help prepare test practices and assets for future OCI-hosted deployments or migration activities.
