- Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, scheduling turnaround, offer-acceptance rate) and recommend process improvements.
People Operations Responsibilities (~30%)- Own new-hire onboarding logistics: background checks, offer documentation, I-9/E-Verify, equipment and systems coordination, and first-week scheduling.
- Maintain employee records and data integrity in Rippling; process employee lifecycle changes (new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations).
- Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee questions.
- Assist with compliance requirements such as required postings, policy acknowledgments, audits, and employment law recordkeeping.
- Help administer People programs including performance review cycles, engagement surveys, and recognition initiatives.
- Support the Head of Talent & People Ops in fielding day-to-day employee questions - helping triage, route, and resolve requests while escalating sensitive matters appropriately.
- Partner with the front office team on special projects and company events, including event coordination and ordering lunches for candidates and teams as needed.
