As our HR Lead, you'll own the full people operations function - from onboarding through career development, performance, compliance, and culture. Recruiting lives separately; your mandate is everything that happens after someone joins, and everything that makes Vendelux the kind of company people want to stay at.
You'll work directly with leadership on org design, compensation strategy, and workforce planning, while also being the day-to-day resource employees trust for guidance, support, and clarity. You need to be equally comfortable in both rooms.
