Human Resources Generalist Description Are you a people-first, detail-driven HR professional ready to make your mark in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment? Continuum Companies is a private equity-backed property management firm operating a portfolio of 20+ brands. We're growing our HR team and looking for a motivated HR Generalist who wants to build a career across every pillar of human resources - from recruiting and payroll to compliance and employee experience. This is a role where you'll be hands-on from day one, supporting real work that has real impact across our portfolio. There's meaningful room to grow here for someone who shows up with curiosity, ownership, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities $41 Qualifications • 1-2 years of HR experience preferred; recent grads with strong internships or transferable experience are welcome to apply • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Exposure to payroll platforms; Rippling experience is a strong plus • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; WizeHire experience is a bonus • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a multi-entity environment • Clear, professional communicator - both written and verbal • Working knowledge of HR best practices, employment law fundamentals, and payroll compliance basics • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or in progress) is a plus
