People Systems Senior Specialist (Workday Talent Management and Performance)
We are seeking a People Systems Specialist who will support Workday Talent Management - Performance and Succession Planning, ensuring accurate configuration, optimized business processes, and effective end-user support.
What You'll Do:- You will own the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Workday Talent Management and Performance functional areas, including performance reviews, goals, succession planning, talent assessments, calibration, and career development tools.
- You will assist in the development, implementation, and provide technical control and support for Workday designed to obtain, record, and process various types of employee information.
- You will devise and/or modify methods and programs to solve complex data reporting needs, also provides technical consulting on complex projects.
- You'll configure, test, and maintain Workday Talent Management and Performance functional areas, including performance review cycles, goal-tracking frameworks, talent assessments, calibration workflows, talent pools, succession plans, and career development tools. Support all testing activities for system enhancements, new feature rollouts, and Workday's bi-annual updates, including developing test plans and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT).
- You will troubleshoot and resolve complex Talent Management and Performance issues, ensuring data integrity, system reliability, and effective end-user experience across employee lifecycle processes.
- You'll create and maintain detailed functional documentation, process flows, and SOPs. Deliver training to end-users and HR team members.
- Effectively manages People Service Center support tickets and cases within required timeframes and according to department policy to maintain service delivery standards. Provides escalated support for the People Service Center to assist employees throughout the Enterprise with problem tickets or inquiries.
What You'll Need: - Bachelors equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- 3-5+ years of experience in a Workday HCM role, with specific expertise in Talent and Performance.
- Strong experience configuring Workday Talent Management functionality, including performance, goals, succession planning, talent review, and career development tools.
- Strong understanding of Workday business process frameworks, calculated fields, reporting, testing, and translating HR business requirements into scalable configuration solutions.
- Experience with EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders) for data loads and mass updates.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess business needs, identify process improvement opportunities, and support sustainable system design.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills, along with demonstrated organizational skills and time management skills required.
- Ability to translate business requirements and architect sustainable solutions.
- Advanced proficiency with standard Windows PC software including the Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project preferred.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$92,600.00 - $123,600.00
Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
